Who I Am...

Macy Bell is a graduate from the College of Textiles at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina. She has a Bachelors of Science in Fashion and Textile Design with a concentration in Fashion Design. Macy currently resides in Reading, PA where she was first employed as a Technical Designer with GK Elite Sportswear LP until promoted to Custom Gymnastics Designer in 2020, Sportswear Designer in 2021, and Warm Ups Designer in 2023.

Her most notable projects to date as a Custom Gymnastics Designer would be her collection of custom leotards designed for the LSU Women’s Gymnastics team in their 2023 season. This includes their Mardi Gras themed leotard that made national news, their championship leotard, and the leotard worn by Olivia Dunne on the cover of the October ‘23 Sports Illustrated. She also had a leotard shown on the USA Women’s National Team in Antwerp, Belgium for the 2023 Worlds competition. Macy will also have several leotards being shown at the 2024 Olympics for several countries, including the United States and Canada.

Macy finished her senior collection in 2018, which is inspired by the energy and spirit of the Ocean. The line features a collection of six womenswear looks that are centered around luxe fabrics and dyes. Macy has complimented her skills and education by attending the London College of Fashion in London, U.K. during spring 2017.
