Who I Am...

Macy Bell is a graduate from the College of Textiles at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina. She has a Bachelors of Science in Fashion and Textile Design with a concentration in Fashion Design. Macy currently resides in Reading, PA where she was first employed as a Technical Designer with GK Elite Sportswear LP until promoted to Custom Gymnastics Designer in 2020, Sportswear Designer in 2021, and Warm Ups Designer in 2023.

As a designer, Macy values attention to detail while maintaining the ideals of the customer in mind. She aims to bring a flair of innovation to everything she does and leave a personal touch of her aesthetic. Macy specializes in elite level custom leotards for NCAA collegiate teams and national level women’s teams, seasonal women’s and girl’s athletic wear, and. men’s and women’s athleisure warm ups. Some of her most notable moments in the gymnastics industry would be the design and creation of a new closure system on a leotard not done by any competitor on the market and the debut of a Team USA women’s leotard at the 2024 Olympics world stage. She also had other designs showcased for other national teams at the 2024 Olympics, including Canada, Australia, and Netherlands.

Macy has had her work debuted on world stages and in national magazines, such as Sports Illustrated. She is always looking to expand her knowledge and skills in the design world and continues to work in the athletic apparel industry. Macy has six ongoing years of industry experience and is currently working on developing skills in CLO 3D apparel design.
